Therapy for Individuals.

Therapy, also known as psychotherapy or professional counseling may be exactly what you need.  You have been feeling off, as if something isn’t “right”.  Individual counseling can be a transformative experience.  If you have been thinking of engaging in therapy, then let me encourage you to take that leap.  In my estimation, we all could benefit from psychotherapy.  It allows us to deepen our understandings of ourselves, opens up the ability to make authentic choices in our lives, and heals old wounds that influence our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.  Whether you need help with lasting change, or you have been affected by anxiety, depression, or trauma, I am invite you to move into healing through individual counseling.
